In this position, you will learn to properly remove grout, caulk, sealers, tiles, setting materials, water-damaged wood and drywall, and entire tile installations; prepare and install tile setting and finishing materials; level and flatten floors; flatten and true out-of-plumb walls; install and repair drywall and wood trim; and perform miscellaneous other repairs associated with renovation projects. You will also learn how to select and use the right tools and materials necessary to perform specific tile, carpentry, drywall, and painting projects. Job Responsibilities
- Select, pack, load and transport equipment, tools, materials, and PPE (personal protective equipment) needed for each job
- Establish a logical sequencing of tasks for each job
- Prepare job site for dust containment, runoff control, debris management, and surface protection (from tools, debris, water and chemicals)
- Execute all tasks shown on work order. Clarify all uncertainties with worksite owner and/or CTGS Operations Manager.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete on-the-job training
- Ability to safely lift heavy materials and equipment, weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability and willingness to properly wear respiratory protectionand other PPE
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
